YWR Studio is a one-person web studio in Birmingham. This policy explains, in plain English, what information I collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What I collect

I keep this to a minimum. In practice, that's:

• Enquiry details — if you use the contact or project form, or email me, I hold your name, email address and the message you send.
• Basic analytics — anonymous, aggregated data about how the site is used, such as which pages are visited. This isn't used to identify you personally.

Why I collect it

Only for two reasons: to reply to your enquiry and carry out any work we agree, and to understand how the site is used so I can improve it. That's it.

What I don't do

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your details stay with me and are used only for the purpose you gave them.

Cookies

The site uses only minimal cookies — the kind needed to make it work and to gather the basic, anonymous analytics above. There's no advertising or cross-site tracking.

Keeping and deleting your data

I keep enquiry details only as long as needed to help you or to keep sensible records of work. You can ask to see what I hold, or ask me to delete it, at any time — just email info@ywrstudio.com and I'll sort it.
