Plain-English terms for working with YWR Studio. They cover the basics; the details of each project are confirmed in a written agreement before we start.
What I'll build is agreed per project, in writing, before work begins. That agreed scope is what the price covers. Anything added later is discussed and quoted separately, so there are no surprises either way.
A deposit is required before work begins — it books your slot and covers the early design and setup. The balance is due on completion, before the site goes live, unless we've agreed a staged schedule for a larger build.
Ownership of the finished website transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Until then, the work remains mine. Third-party tools, fonts or platforms keep their own licences.
Ongoing hosting, updates and small changes are a separate service, agreed on top of the build if you'd like it looked after. It's optional, and priced clearly.
I build careful, well-made websites — but I don't promise specific search rankings, traffic numbers or business results. Anyone who guarantees those is guessing. What I guarantee is the quality of the work.
These terms are a plain-English starting point. The specifics — scope, timeline, price and payment — are confirmed in each project agreement, which is what applies to your work.
